Our Commitment
At Map Art Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Digital Downloads – Final Sale
All digital downloads are final sales. Once you download a high-resolution map file, that specific download is non-refundable, as you have received and can retain the digital good. The credit used for that download cannot be refunded or restored.
Credit Pack Refunds
Unused Credits
If you purchase a credit pack and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Partially Used Credits
If you have used some credits from your pack, we will refund the value of unused credits within 7 days of purchase, calculated at the per-credit rate you paid.
After 7 Days
We generally cannot offer refunds for credit purchases made more than 7 days ago. However, if you're experiencing technical issues with your downloads, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, you may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not used more than one month's worth of subscription credits.
Download Issues
If you experience technical issues with your download (corrupted file, wrong format, rendering error, etc.), we will either:
- Provide a new download at no additional cost
- Credit the download back to your account
- Provide a refund for that specific download
Please contact us within 7 days of the download with details about the issue.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@mapart.shop
- Include your account email and order details
- Describe the reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been used for downloads (completed downloads are final sales)
- Promotional, bonus, or gifted credits
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago (for credit packs)
- Annual subscriptions after 30 days
Dispute Time Limit
Any refund disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Any pending refund request will be denied
- You may be permanently banned from the Service
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of any amounts owed, plus associated fees
Fraudulent chargebacks (disputing a legitimate charge) may be reported to fraud prevention services and may result in legal action.
